J’ai voté en faveur de cette objection qui demande à la Commission de ne pas autoriser l’importation de produits contenant des substances interdites dans l’Union.Du fait de l’utilisation de ces substances, les entreprises étrangères commercialisant ces produits bénéficieraient d’un avantage concurrentiel injuste sur les producteurs européens, notamment français. Par ailleurs, conformément au principe de précaution, je préfère ne pas voter pour l’importation de produits potentiellement dangereux pour la santé des consommateurs.

J’ai voté en faveur de l’accord UE/USA au sujet du lancement de satellites Galileo depuis le sol américain. Le programme Galileo est à la fois une alternative et un complément au GPS américain. Cet accord apporte des garanties sur la protection des données et matériels sensibles issus du programme et a permis au programme de se déployer correctement en palliant le retard d’Ariane 6 et le départ des lanceurs Soyouz de la base de Kourou.

J’ai voté pour cette résolution commune des groupes de droite ECR, PfE et PPE car elle dénonce Maduro et son régime socialiste violent. Le texte déplore en particulier la répression de l’opposition et des grandes manifestations qui ont eu lieu à la suite des fraudes électorales massives. Elles ont entaché les dernières élections présidentielles et volé le résultat légitime de l’élection au peuple vénézuélien.

J’ai voté en faveur de cette résolution car elle rappelle à juste titre que les importants dégâts matériels et humains occasionnés par la tempête Boris et par les spectaculaires crues du Danube nécessitent de faire preuve de solidarité civilisationnelle avec les régions touchées. La mobilisation de moyens et de fonds européens prévus pour répondre à ce type de situation est donc justifiée.

J’ai voté en faveur de cet instrument : l’argent, prélevé sur le budget déjà existant de l’UE, nous reviendra sans que notre pays n’ait à en débourser davantage. De plus, le prêt sera remboursé par les intérêts des avoirs russes gelés par les sanctions, directement aux États sans transiter par l’Ukraine. C’est une forme de réparation, une aide concrète pour l’Ukraine envahie, sans prendre de risques pour nos finances.

J’ai voté contre ce texte qui accroit le budget de l’UE, et notamment l’adoption par le Conseil de nouvelles ressources propres qui s’ajouteront au mille-feuille fiscal écrasant déjà les contribuables. De plus, le Parlement souhaite que les excédents ne réduisent pas les contributions des États membres mais s’y ajoutent.

Je me suis abstenue sur cette résolution car, s’il est normal d’aider des travailleurs à se former pour retrouver un emploi ou rester compétitif, cela ne devrait pas relever du budget de l’UE, d’autant que ce fonds est une manière pour Bruxelles de se donner bonne conscience en « réparant » les dégâts causés par ses propres politiques.

J’ai voté pour le refus de la décharge car le Conseil ne transmet pas ses comptes. Je ne peux donc pas m’assurer de leur sincérité. J’ai également voté contre la résolution qui, au lieu de s’en tenir à des considérations strictement budgétaires, est un pamphlet politique et s’attaque notamment au principe d’unanimité au sein du Conseil.
General budget of the European Union for the financial year 2025 – all sections
J’ai voté contre cette proposition budgétaire qui accroit plusieurs lignes budgétaires de l’UE. Si certaines augmentations auraient pu être bienvenues, en particulier concernant la protection de nos frontières, elles ne s’accompagnent pas de réductions d’autres programmes tels que « droits et valeurs » aux orientations idéologiques nuisibles (immigrationnistes, « woke », ...) ou de l’instrument de voisinage dont les dépenses servent à financer des programmes de développement hors de l’Europe. Alors que les finances de plusieurs États membres, en particulier la France, sont exsangues, ces augmentations sont particulièrement malvenues.

J’ai voté contre ce texte qui, bien qu’il soit dépourvu de réelle valeur contraignante, vise à influencer les politiques sociales des États membres pour lesquelles l’Union Européenne n’est pourtant pas compétente. Les amendements dénotent un tropisme de gauche obsédé par l’inclusion, même si certains contiennent des pistes intéressantes sur la formation ou l’emploi des seniors. De plus, la défense systématique des minorités, peu importe leur situation, est problématique.
Situation in Azerbaijan, violation of human rights and international law and relations with Armenia
J’ai voté en faveur de cette résolution que j’ai cosignée, qui soutient l’Arménie et les réfugiés de l’Artsakh (Haut-Karabagh) et qui condamne fermement les actions menées par l’Azerbaïdjan. Ce texte, qui n’a certes qu’une portée symbolique, a le mérite de dénoncer l’épuration ethnique menée au Haut-Karabagh, l’effacement de toute trace du passé chrétien et arménien sur ce territoire et le musèlement de l’opposition. Avec cette résolution, nous appelons, en outre, à suspendre les importations de gaz en provenance d’Azerbaïdjan, à mettre fin aux ingérences de ce pays en France, à garantir le retour des réfugiés arméniens sur leurs terres ancestrales et à libérer les anciens responsables de la république d’Artsakh.
