Reiterates full support to the mediation efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs to find the final solution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict based on principles enshrined in the Helsinki Final Act, deplores the regular and increasing loss of human life on the Line of Contact; calls upon all conflicting parties to agree to withdraw snipers from the Line of Contact and to create a mechanism to investigate ceasefire violations;
