Observes with concern the Court’s findings with regard to various public procurement procedures, which led to irregular payments; encourages the Centre to calls for those responsible to be held accountinue its efforts in improving its monitoring of contracts and its procurement proceduresable for their actions, for compensation to be paid for the damage caused and for abusive practices to be ended immediately;

2. WelcomesNotes with concern the frontloading of EUR 100 million from the 2027 budget of Erasmus+ to the 2023 budget of Erasmus+, which enabled continued support to pupils, studand that, under pressure from Parliaments, teachers and qualified staff fleeing from Ukraine, and the extra EUR 20 million awarded to Erasmus+ in 2023 as a resan additional EUR 20 million has been allocated to Ukraine, which has an extremely poor record on fundamental rights and the rulte of Parliament’s insistenclaw, while in other Member States (e.g. Hungary) foundation model universities are arbitrarily excluded from the Erasmus programme;
