Calls on the EEA countries and Switzerland to continue their efforts to transpose, and fully implement and enforce internal market legislation; calls on Switzerland to ensure that Directive 2005/36/EC on the recognition of professional qualifications is fully implemented and to rapidly transpose Directive 2013/55/EU, which improves it;

5. Calls on Switzerland to make every effort to achieve progress in the negotiations on its participation in the Erasmus+ programme, in order to guarantee exchange reciprocity and not penalise young people and also to promote the access of researchers to Horizon 2020 funding;
