Regrets the fact that the Commission has proposed insufficient human and financial resources to ensure the functioning of the EASOcontinuing development and functioning of the EASO; notes that EASO will have a crucial role especially in the successful implementation of the Early Warning, Preparedness and Crisis Management Mechanism as envisaged by the Council Conclusions of 8 March 2012 on a Common Framework for genuine and practical solidarity towards Member States facing particular pressures on their asylum systems, including through mixed migration flows;
