Maintains the proper implementation of the Services Directive would help to significantly reduce the legal, administrative, bureaucratic obstacles and bottlenecks being experienced by consumers and businesses in the tourism sector; in this respect, invites the Commission and Member States to ensure the effective application of the Services Directive which will greatly enhance the benefits to all stakeholders involved in this industry;
