Stresses that in an increasingly competitive global sports market , sufficient monitoring and proper enforcement of intellectual property rights at an EU level related to media, trademarks, commercial communications and others would ultimately enhance the quality of sport services and protect consumers by guaranteeing them access to sport events across the EU;
