Calls on the Commission to prioritise action in the fields of what have been identified as the ‘Top Ten’ most burdensome laws for SMEs, including the working time and temporary agency directive, after 'Top Ten', to seek wider range of cooperation with different stakeholders, e.g. social partners and enterprises, to find ways to create jobs and to reduce burdens of SMEs;
