Is deeply concerned at the fact that the amount of unpaid bills at the end of the year is constantly growing and considers that cohesion policy is the most affected by the gap in the EU budget; calls therefore for structuraloncludes that the leftover effects of the period 2007- 2014 are not solved in the MFF 2014- 2020; calls therefore for further reform of the EU budget, including the reform of own resources.
