Stresses the considerable emissions of particulates and ultrafine particles from mopeds and motor scooters in cities and its health effects on citizens and cyclists; therefore calls on the Commission to come up with a revision of Directive 2002/51/EG and include emission norms for particulates and ultrafine particles.
