Calls on the Commission to revise Directive 2014/42/EU on the freezing and confiscation of instrumentalities and proceeds of crime in the European Union by including the possibility of rendering liable to prosecution both the conduct of those who transfer to others the ownership or the availability of financial capital or movable property in order to avoid a freezing or confiscation measure, and the conduct of the third parties that accept the ownership or availability of this capital; recommends that the Member States take a proactive stance and adopt provisions in this area;
