States that social business is paran essential component of the eco-social market economy and the European Single Market and has showed which the European Union seeks to develop; notes that, while forming part of the European Single Market, social business fulfils a requirement which is both economic and social, and that it seeks to meet social needs whigch aresilience against the crises unsatisfied or inadequately satisfied both by the Market and by the State;
