Notes that by refusing a new payment system, the Management Board accepts and takes direct responsibility for very important risks, such as the non- compliance with legislative requirements, the potential financial impact of the current remuneration system, and reputation; isal risks; therefore not ready to accept this questionable attitude from the Agency's Governing Board and calls upon them to take immediate actionasks the Agency's Management Board to take action on this, and inform the discharge authority before the end onf thise year;
