Notes the positive developments in the HR strategy of DG EAC in 2021; is deeply concerned about the staffing situation at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) with a high turnover due to work pressure; highlights that the EIT requested additional staff, in particular to handle new initiatives like the pilot action to increase the innovative capacities of Higher Education Institutions; calls on DG EAC to ensure that the EIT is sufficiently staffed to deliver on all its responsibilities, particularly the higher education priorities;
