Invites the Secretary-General to provide Parliament with an overall analysis of all costs generated by the geographical dispersion of parliamentary activities in Strasbourg and in Brussels; calls additionally for an overall report, to be drawn up by an independent body, on the CO2 burden imposed by the 12 part- sessions held in Strasbourg every year;
