1. AThe European Regulators’ Board of Electronic Communications Market Authority(ERBEC) is established with the responsibilities laid down in this Regulation. The Commission shall consult ERBEC in carrying out its functions under the Framework Directive and the Specific Directives, as set out in this Regulation. (This amendment applies throughout the text.
