Notes with concern the lack of statistical information on gender equality and, on violence against women and on contraceptive prevalence and unmet need for contraception, necessary for monitoring implementation, that is standardised and may be compared over time, between accession countries and between EU Member States and accession countries; calls on the governments of Balkan accession countries to establish a common methodology for gathering statistical information together with Eurostat, EIGE and other relevant institutes;
