Welcomes the contract awarded and signed by the Commission to carry out a study on internationalisation of SMEs; is of the opinion that the study will provide a detailed overview of the state of internationalisation of European SMEs; calls on the Commission to take effective measures to facilitate the performance of SMEs in the globalised world;
