Article 11 – introductory part
Member States shall, having due regard to necessary hygiene and public health requirements and biodiversity, or the results of relevant risk assessments, ensure that the use of pesticides is prohibited, restricted or the risks arising from such usrisks arising from the use of pesticides are minimised, in:
