Strongly supports the conclusion of negotiations towards the EU-Central America Association Agreement and the Joint Communiqué of the Fourth bi- regional EU-Central America Summit, in which the heads of state and government declare that the agreement heralds a new era in their relations and undertake to ensure that it is ratified and enters into force without delay; takes note of the decision by Panama to begin the process of accession into the Central American Economic Integration Subsystem;
