(ca) in paragraph 3, the following subparagraph is inserted: 'For the purpose of point (f), Member State shall compensate sustainable electrified transport mode such a as railways for their indirect EU ETS cost from EU ETS allowances. This compensation shall be earmarked for the deployment of the compulsory on board European Rail Traffic Management System along the TEN-T corridors.'
