Highlights the importance of optimising the use of EU funding instruments, particularly the Structural Funds, to promote accessibility and non- discrimination for persons with disabilities, paying particular attention to women who often face multiple discrimination, and of increasing the visibility of funding possibilities for such actions in post-2013 programmes;
