Firmly supports the non-recognition of Russia's annexation of the Crimea, in violation of the 1999 Budapest Protocol; reiterates its commitment to the independence and, sovereignty of Ukraine and to the non-violability of bordand territorial integrity of Ukraine, in conformity with the United Nations Charters; fully supports the European Council's conclusions that the EU will not recognise the illegal annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol and reminds that acquisition of territory by means of force is illegal in International Law;
