Takes the view that the transparency of the recruitment procedure and the appointment of a selection board are matters that must be dealt with as soon as possible to ensure diversity and high level of competence in its staff, even if the ESMA, as the legal successor to CESR, has assumed legal commitments not based on the EU Financial Regulation;
