Supports the extension of the pilot project on an exchange programme for young farmers, which provides an opportunity for cross-border exchange of knowledge, the potential integration of farm management methods and the promotion of practices that allow farmers to meet the demands of consumers and the dissemination of best-practice techniques in environmental protection, taking into particular account the challenges facing European agriculture;
