‘2. In their long-term renovation strategy referred to in paragraph 1, Member States shall set out a roadmap with clear milestones and measures to deliver on the long-term 2050 goal to decarbonise their national building stock, with specific milestones for 2030 and on the pollutant emission objectives set out in the Directive (EU) 2016/2284 on the reduction of national emissions of certain atmospheric pollutants.

‘2. Member States shall ensure that in all new non-residential buildings and in all existing non-residential buildings undergoing major renovation witheir National policy frameworks within the more than ten parking spaces, at least one of every ten is equipped with a recharging point within the meaning of Directive 2014/94/EU on the deployment of alternative fuels infrastructure17 , which is capable of starting and stopping charging in reaction to price signals.
