Calls on the Member States to invest in the social economy sector, which can contribute to stable and durable growth since it has considerable potential for generating and maintaining lasting employment and permits the creation of quality jobs and the strengthening of social and territorial cohesion, active citizenship, solidarity and sustainable development, while placing the emphasis on an undertaking’s social responsibility;
