Article 5 – paragraph 1 – introductory part
1. Each Member State shall adopt a national cybersecurity strategy defining the strategic objectives and appropriate policy and regulatory measures, with a view to achieving and maintaining a high level of cybersecurity and taking into account each sector specificities in terms of cyber risk management and resilience. The national cybersecurity strategy shall include, in particular, the following:

4. Member States shall assess their national cybersecurity strategies at least every four years on the basis of key performance indicators and, where necessary, amend them. The European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) shall assist Member States, upon request, inand the EU competent authorities for each sector shall define guidelines to Member States for the development of a national strategy and of key performance indicators for the assessment of the strategy.
