Stresses that the consumers have the rights for privacy by opt-in and/or privacy by design, according to which the tags are automatically disabled at the point of sale, unless consumers expressly agrees otherwise or alternatively privacy must be considered as early as possible in the stage of deployment and shall be incorporated into the design;
