Invites the Commission and the EACEA to come up with a realistic strategy for the medium and long term and to weigh up different options, such as a redefinition of programme goals to make them more specific or an increase in funding to bring it more in line widraft a final assessment concerning the financial and budgetary implementation of the Europe for Citizens programme at the end of the current MFF period. This evaluation should be used to redefine the future goals and budgetary requirements of the programme ambitionsin view of the upcoming MFF;
