Considers that, although the Ten-Year Network Development Plan (TYNDP) identifies relevant electricity and gas infrastructure projects, it should also set the priorities to be developed in order to achieve EU energy and climate goals; in this regard interconnexion capacity should be considered at the same level as the 20-20-20 targets and as such the TYNDP should be understood as the instrument to monitor compliance with the 10% interconnexion target;
