Strongly supports the full implementation of the UNGPs, and calls onRequests the EU and its Member States to work with partners on the implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, including adoption and implementation of National Action Plans (NAPs); renews its call to the EU and its Member States to elaborate and adopt an EU, respectively national action plans for the swift, effective and comprehensive implementation of the said Principlesbe actively and constructively engaged in formulating, as soon as possible, a legally binding international instrument that regulates, in international human rights law, the activities of transnational corporations and other business enterprises in order to prevent, investigate, redress and provide access to remedy to human rights violations whenever these occur;
