Welcomes the CJEU’s adoption of guidelines on information for and protection of whistleblowers in the beginning of 2016 and recalls that the protection of whistleblowers is one of the main issues in public administration.; calls on the CJEU to provide its staff with training on the 2016 guidelines, highlighting whistleblowers' vital role in bringing wrongdoing to light; calls on the CJEU to encourage its staff to take advantage of the 2016 guidelines in appropriate cases;
