Calls on the Commission to include in the future legislative proposal on maritime spatial planning provisions requiring Member States to make an inventory of the environmental and tourism protection rules in force on their national territory and, in respect of areas not subject to restrictions, to adopt marine and coastal development plans covering all of the various activities pursued in the sector and including plans for the management of marine and coastal areas that will make it easier for aquaculture undertakings to gain access to the space they require in order to set up farms;
