Insists on safeguarding an open Internet, where citizens, through a competitive choice of service providers, have the right to access and distribute legal information or run applications and services of their choice; calls on the Commission, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) to monitor closely and enforce the harmonised implementation of the 'net neutrality' provisionsw provisions in the revised Regulatory Framework, making use of the new powers where appropriate;
