Recalls the decision of the European Parliament calling on all the parliamentary committees to apply the principles of the SME test to legislative reports when they have been voted on by the relevant committee and are being submitted to plenary for approval, and emphasises the need for quick implementation of this decision. (Justification: This decision originated in an opinion of the IMCO committee and was adopted in paragraph 38 of the Karim report (A7- 0251/2011).)
