Regrets that Regulation (EC) 2006/2004 on co-operation between national authorities responsible for the enforcement of consumer protection laws has not been sufficiently used, and calls on the Commission to step up its monitoring of the implementation of this Regulation and to ask national authorities to make more frequent useonitor the application of this legal instrument which could provide a remedy in cases of intra-Community infringements;
