7a. Believes that such a type of connectivity index should look on air connections in a wide perspective and, without undermining the EU objective of territorial cohesion, can serve the overall strategic planning by distinguishing economically viable opportunities from unprofitable projects and by identifying intermodal and cost- efficient solutions;
