Requests to postpone the enforcement of the Regulation 2019/815 for a period of at least three years, thus allowing companies to overcome the current economic difficulties, as well as providing sufficient time to prepare for the introduction of the new requirements; further asks to review the application of the Regulation 2019/815 so that the requirements laid down in the regulation are not applicable to companies qualifying for SME status.
