Stresses the importance of working towards a reduction of all tariff and non- tariff barriers to tradetrade liberalisation within the region and between the Western Balkans and the EU as a key priority for furtheringfor the promotion of economic development, regional integration and people-to-people contacts; underlines the ceontral roleibution of the Central European Free- Trade Agreement (CEFTA) in furthering trade liberalisationtowards the reduction of trade barriers in the region, and welcomes the Commission’'s financial support to the CEFTA secretariat;
