Calls on the Commission and the Member States to adopt measures that aim to avoid the de-skilling of women belonging to ethnic minorities by ensuring equal job opportunities according to their skills and qualifications; encourages to that end the effective implementation of policies for migrant women that guarantee clear, fast procedures for the recognition of qualifications and access to education, especially with regard to learning the language of the host country;
