AcknowledgWelcomes that, in light of the observations and comments from the discharge authority, the Centre has drafted rules related to the publication of management board meetings minutes; urges the Centre to quickly adopt themadopted the implementing rules concerning Regulation (EC) N°1049/2001 on public access to documents on the 2nd of September 2019; calls on the Centre to report to the discharge authority on the progress made regarding this matter;
