Reminds the obligation under the Regulation that the Commission has to duly inform the Parliament about any written notification to any Member State, setting out the factual elements and specific grounds of the breaches of the rule of law; regrets that at this date, no written notification was sent, despite the deteriorating situation of the rule of law in the European Union and despite many concerns about the breaches of the rule of law identified in the Commission’s 2020 Rule of Law Report;
