Underlines that the gradual introduction of the Integrated Border Management will ensure a uniform and high level control and surveillance of the external borders, facilitate the mobility within the area of freedom of movement, and therefore contribute to safeguarding fundamental rights and deterring irregular migration, trafficking in human beings and organised crime;
