Recalls that around 10 million persons are employed by the European agricultural sector and points out that only 6% of European farmers are younger than 35, and at the same time that no fewer than 4.5 million farmers will retire in the next 10 years; calls for keeping existing measures beneficial to young farmers such as installation premiums and for new measures such as subsidised interest rates on loans. Calls also for the removal of all administrative constraints preventing young people from taking up farming;
