Notes that the EU work on education and human rights should be complemented by actions and programmes focused on youth as the most vulnerable part of these societies; in this regard calls for an increased EU support to the youth initiatives in the region and particularly to those relevant actions that can reduce the growing radicalisation and promote tolerance among the youth in these countries;
