Calls on the Commission, in cooperation with national authorities, to draw up a set of definitions to clarify the boundaries between 'businesses', 'traders', and 'consumers' when dealing with new forms of Internet selling such as web auctions, and to draw up guidelines on their use in order to clarify rights and obligations for operators when dealing with misleading advertising in the context of these new forms of selling;
