Calls on the Commission to use a common set of benchmarks to assess the NRPs, including the availability of affordable childcare, care leave arrangements and possibilities to combine labour and family responsibilities and encourage the NRP's to be more gender- sensitive, taking into account the economic situation of women; calls on the Commission and the Member States to monitor women's labour participation by number of hours worked per week and/or financial independence;
