Encourages the Member States to uncouple health policies from immigration policies and therefore to refrain from imposing on healthcare practitioners the duty to report undocumented migrants; as well as to ensure appropriate care and assistance based on gender specific needs; similarly, encourages the Member States to refrain from requiring schools to report attending children of undocumented migrants;
