Considers that better harmonisation between the various Structural Funds should be achieved and that in particular the synergies between the ESF and the ERDF should be improved; a better coordination with the EAFRD and the EU horizontal programmes, such as CIP, 7FP, etc ., is also an important issue, especially in the areas of training and qualification;
